ABOUT WESA HOUSE

Wesa House is a self-catering house located on its own luxurious private beach with white sand and blue waters 16kms North of the Kilifi Bridge on the road to Watamu & Malindi.  The closest towns are Kilifi, which is about 16km south, and Watamu, which is around 25km north, where you can find restaurants, sports clubs, shops and much more.  Malindi is just a few kms further up the road from Watamu.

 

The house is very eco friendly, and runs on solar to power the fridges, lights, hot water and other house hold appliances, and cooking is done on gas.

 

The house is set a few metres back just from the beach in its own walled garden, making it secure & private. You will experience some amazing views over the ocean and some of the best sunrises and sunsets along the East African coast.

THE DETAILS

Wesa House has 5/6 large bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 17 people very comfortably.

4 en-suite bedrooms are in the main villa, with 3 doubles, and the 4th having 4 single Lamu beds, with a 5th bed on the verandah.

There is a separate mini-villa, known as Kabaka's Palace, that has a further 4 beds plus another private king sized double on the private roof top.

The house is fully kitted out with all linen, towels, etc provided.  The house is also fully staffed with an excellent chef, housekeeper, gardener and night guard, and there is a caretaker who makes sure that everything is running smoothly.

The house has a large sitting & dining area as well as a large veranda outside for relaxing & outdoor meals overlooking the pool & gardens.

 

The house has the most amazing roof top, that is the best place for tea in the morning to watch the sunrise, sunbathe in private during the day and enjoy a sundowner looking out over the ocean at the bar in the evening. Moonrise is also spectacular from this spot.

 

There is a also a Swahili styled corner up on the rooftop where you can relax and play music, cards or just have a few drinks.

There is a private salt water infinity pool at the centre of the plot, and from here there is direct access to the beach.

 

Pets are more than welcome at the house to, so no need to leave them behind!
